Janine M. was awesome to work with. Very personable, patient, sympathetic and above all humorous. She the made process easy to understand and made me feel comfortable as I had a bad experience with another Debt Management program. I was hesitant but she made me realize my financial health is very important. I enjoyed my interaction with her. She was a joy to speak with.
Customer service is what I liked about the process.
I only signed up for their services but during sign up, they were very polite and thurough. Very understanding to my situation. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because nothing has been done yet. Im sure once things start going that should change.

So far since I started with them. I have heard and seen action being taken by Americor. They have been on point since day one. I wish we can go a bit faster but that’s how the program works. But you do hear and see the difference.
