I appreciate how the counselors work with me to find the best solutions to handle my debt. I just signed up for their program but during the process my customer representative Kevin was highly knowledgeable. He was both professional but also personable . Any questions that were not answered on the website, I reached out to my rep and he was able to provide me with the answers I needed. I look forward to improving my credit standing with the help of the Americor program.
