I am a new customer with Americor and it is difficult to ask for help sometimes. I was about to cancel the program. The lady (Amy) listened to me and asked if she could just let her senior supervisor speak with me. I'm glad she offered that. I was treated so well today, and felt so respected. Thank You! The compassion and empathy was genuine. I decided to stay in the program and honestly look forward to this endeavor with Americor.

I'm new to the program but am satisfied with everything so far. Communication is the best thing about Americor. They always keep me informed on everything that is happening whether it be a strategy call or a one on one chat. The strategy calls are very "robotic" but they have to follow the script so I'm good with that. If I chime in with a question or concern they seem to have the right answer for me. I'm glad I made this leap and I'm glad I did it with Americor.
