Representative was Kind and professional and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns.

What I like about Americor is the great support they have given me in every areas needed. When I've missed a payment, or forgotten to make sure the funds were in my account, they were there. The excellent advice when I don't have the answer. Also I can always call the office.
Mason R was my account manager and he did an amazing job. He stayed in contact with me daily to provide status updates for each of the accounts he was handling. I recommend Americor services.
Wow the customer service was so excellent making sure I understood everything that I was doing. Walking me through the process and then the service while going through the portal and app was just as amazing.

I had a really good experience with Americor from the time I started to process and while the negotiations were ongoing. They were helpful and stayed in contact often. I started the process in July '23 and by January '24, all the accounts I signed up with were settled. One thing is your credit score will drop significantly, but after settling the account, my score has risen by 30+ points already.
