Great customer service. Jade the person that helped me was wonderful and provided me with great service helped me to understand the program completely. They made it very clear what situation I was in and how they would help to get me out of it. It was overall very good experience considering the stressfulness of the situation of being in debt. Compared to other companies I attempted to deal with Jade and Americor were great.
My situation Was tough and the day I got the call it changed my thoughts on filling bankruptcy. Instead of hurting my credit for more then 7 years I will be back on track in less then three years. Americor has helped me in so many ways. I would definitely recommend them. There hospitality and explanation is perfect I wouldn't have changed a thing. I liked that there was no grey area and everything happened as planned.
The friendly, courteous and professional way they handled my situation. They explained the program very well and answered all of questions in a way I could understand. I referred my son and he should be coming on board as well.
That's no Bull either. Thus far the people I have spoken have been professional and courteous. The Worlds not perfect a my situation is far from the usual and things may not go off exactly tly as they are scheduled and that is what happened to me. It was unintentional and I knew I would straighten thing out with a little more time because others were involved. And so I did and everything is Cool!
