Id give them no stars if I could. Every interaction Ive had with this company besides for my first initial sign on has been awful! The latest one being the cherry on top. In the dead of winter completely out of propane that I cant get my gas stove to ignite and theyre telling me itll be a week before I get a delivery. Im on auto fill, theyre supposed to know my level and keep it above 30%. Im currently sitting at 6% with 3 small kids, and my mother who has a broken neck, and Covid. Dont use Amerigas! My 84 year old mother has 8% gas and has an automatic reader but they didnt bring her any gas. They said it is her fault for not taking herself off a will-call list when they put the automatic reader on the tank last year. How was she supposed to know??? We are under a freeze warning and she is living out of one room fearing her gas will run out. Next fill not until 02/02. (Requested 01/23)They treated her like dirt. Spread the word NOW! NEVER do business with Amerigas. Tell everyone you know. Sad this is an American Company - ridiculous propane rates, unreliable service deliveries, HORRIBLE customer service! I will NEVER buy from them again!

Unreliable deliveries, extremely poor communication, disregard for customer concerns. My most recent automatic delivery was cancelled as the driver reported my address as a business that was closed upon arrival. NOT a business and someone was home. A call (with long wait time) connected me to a woman with a strong Asian accent I could barely understand. She promised I would be put on an expedited list for delivery. Never happened. This is the worse business to do business with! They charge double the price for a gallon of propane, they are very rude, the gage on there 29 year old tank broke & they want to charge me $320.00 to replace it, & to get them to come out & remove their tank, they want $300.00.I have to keep buying gas from them so I don't run out because they refuse to fix tank or remove it. What do I do?

Company should not exist. They have people's lives in their hands and do not deliver the services we pay for. They missed my delivery and we are facing an ice storm on an empty tank.

******** customer service! It took 45 min to speak to someone regarding a propane refill status. It was called in 2 days earlier and no response. The customers are very ill and elderly, have not had heat for days. I still can't get an answer on when they are going to refill the tank. This is now a health issue for the owners. It's been very cold here the past few days. I will need to take them to a hotel.

If I could give a 0 rating, that's what it would be. As a new customer, I am NOT liking the experience thus far and I now see why they have a 1.2 rating! The customer service overall is TERRIBLE! I signed up as a new customer on January 14th and scheduled my delivery and was given a time frame between the 15th and 19th which is today. I was told I would receive a call a day before the delivery, which I haven't received, mind you of the delivery time frame and they arent open on the weekend. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. No local offices. Poor customer service due to outsourcing and not be able to understanding the people. They really could care less. We are to the point of digging up the tank and going with a local company that cares. Can not recommend them. Zero stars
