In my now three years of patronage, I have never had a positive experience with this company. Apart from their call center agents empty words, they have never actually done anything that makes me believe I am a "valued customer." They will not communicate with you or do anything for that matter without you harassing them and calling every day to follow up. I closed my account in January of 2023. My lease was not up until March 2023. So my account should have been closed 2 months before the lease was renewed. I have gotten bills, I have called and told the representative that my account was closed. I called approximately 18 times (all noted and recorded). Yet I continue to get harassed about paying for a lease that I never had. It's now in collections and I am being harassed by them also. I am a new customer and already looking to transition to a new servicer even if I have to pay more. Poor customer service. They outsourced their call center overseas and cannot get anyone on the phone and when I do they have given me incorrect information on the last two calls.

They are a total ripoff, we are supposed to be on a keep full and they wait untill it's empty and then hit you with over a $1000.00 bill, who in the state of Florida is getting paid off to allow this ELDER ABUSE to continue.

Zero stars is generous. We purchased a home with a 20 year old Amerigas tank in the yard, The home had not been occupied for over a year. No idea how long the tank had been empty. In November, 2022 I contacted Amerigas for propane service. They promised to inspect and fill the existing tank. By mid-December 2022 they had not returned any phone calls about when they would provide service, so we contracted with another propane company and told them to come get their tank. Wish I could give zero stars. A month after I canceled my service they charged me for a year of tank rent. I never authorized a payment or ever got a bill. They emailed me the day after they charged an unauthorized fee to my credit card to tell me my balance was $0 so I didn't know until I got my credit card bill that they had charged me. They told me they had record of me authorizing the payment which I wouldn't have done for canceled service. Horrible service. Tried for over 2 years to get them to pick up tank and cancel service with them. 6 months after we finally got a pick up date they randomly showed up to pick up tank. They damaged our yard as well as our driveway. After 6 months of complaints and the run around from Representatives and the territory manager they promised a resolution. We then got an email saying Insurance won't cover the damage. They are very fraudulent people.

Watch out! Bait & switch in its' purest form. Mail communications received from Amerigas with promotional offer. Called three times to get the delivery of 100 gallons of propane based on the promotinal offer. Recieved a text saying they would send only 52 gallons. I called to ask if this was some sort of "rationaing" a limited amount of propane fuel, and/or why send a truck for 52 gallons for an order of 100 gallons.
