Poor customer service. **** are from the Phillipines and laugh in your face when you are in need of help. Incompetent and can't or won't comprehend English. Called multiple times trying to get heat before Thanksgiving and a freeze warning. Elderly involved. No help what so ever Worst customer service ever, besides *****

This company is a rip off. HORRIBLE COMPANY. I will say is RUN, RUN, RUN from this company. Any who has them find someone else, you will save money. They will get you for a pick up fee plus additional service call fee, but in long run you will save money.. RUN, RUN,RUN. pass it along so this company will go out of business.

When I bought my house, the propane tank had been leased from Amerigas, so I continued the service. However, after several years, I discovered that they were charging way above the national average for the propane. When I called to question their price, I was not given an explanation, just that it was their price. So I terminated my contract, and was charged outrageous fees to remove the leased tank...over $400.00. I could never refer this company to anyone.

This company does not care about customers They shut off my ******************** for a leak at the first stage regulator and were suppose to come back the next day and fix it. My wife and I are in our 80's and have now been without our heat, hot water, cooking, and dryer for for four days. The house is cold. They don't have a technician to come out to replace the regulator until tomorrow and that was a urgent request. This company is the worst and would not recommend them to anyone. The worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered Propane thru the online portal when my tank was at 25% took them 3 weeks to get to me which was fine because i still had gas. When they came they filled up my neighbors tank not mine. When I called of course ***** from India answered and was zero help. I explained the situation and told them how I was going to run out but he told me it would be $300 dollar fee for a rush delivery. Ridiculous fees, terrible service from a foreign location, Added fees for everything. Message when tank is at 10% and then want to charge a $400 expedite fee. Want $400 to cancel service and remove the tank........ Stay away

im sick of being used and mistreated by AmeriGas. On Friday (this is all captured on my ring cam) truck shows up , driver doesn’t get out of his truck AT ALL, mind you both my cars are parked outside also and no one even knocked,but I get a notification that my delivery was unsuccessful due to my “gate being locked” , well that’s odd the gate does NOT HAVE A LOCK! , and he leaves . I call and someone at your MUMBAI call center PROMISED me that an email was sent and I would have a delivery that day , guess what never came ???... read more

For some reason I can't leave a review of the Amerigas that services my house in ******, MI so I'll just leave it here: Horrible experience. Very deceitful. Watch them closely. We moved into our current home in ******, ** in January of '23. It had an existing 500 gal tank. I had a wonderful experience setting up my account and getting (what I was promised was) a locked in price for a year. Shame on me for not keeping an eye on the invoices. We are selling our house and need to get a final tank reading so the homebuyers can compensate us for the amount of propane left in the tank, as well as cancel our tank lease so it can be assumed by the new homeowner. This should have been a fairly easy task. Here are the issues:1. There is no local point of contact and all communications must go through an offshore call center.
