The absolute worst customer service!!! I can never get through to anyone, request delivery and service and it says my delivery was canceled. When they do show up they dont call and then cancel delivery due to no one being home!!! Absolutely infuriating to say the least.

Horrible. They are clueless and unwilling to entertain the need of the customer. Plus, after doing rate shopping, their rate per gallon is super high. Ditching Amerigas fast. Too bad I didn't do so a year ago.

Amerigas customer service is horrible. I had a ******************** leak that they were unable to detect. They did not try to help restore our propane service in a timely manner.

Absolute worst customer service ever. Their phone numbers direct you to a call center in ***** and are less than helpful. I finally got a number to a a corporate office and reached a receptionist in the ** where they told me I would receive a call back and never did. I have had their service for 10+ yrs and am on a plan where they come and top off my tank every month (to avoid a huge bill for filling the whole tank), my bill is generally $10-$30. We paid for propane on 11/22 with a delivery window for 12/29-12/2. Its now the end of day and after calling for 3 days we have yet to receive propane. Ive been hung up on and promised delivery for the dates to continuously be pushed back. Its ************************************************ the home and we heat our home with gas. Ive alerted them several times about children being in the home and still no delivery. We are using space heaters which is causing our electric bill to increase tremendously. Worst company to deal with! Please go with another company if you have the chance. We just bought a property 2 months ago now and have been inaccurately billed twice. They blame it on a leak but there is no leak. I have checked the gauge myself and its barely going down considering the house is empty. When Im being charged for 2 fills at almost $800. Its virtually impossible to get someone helpful on the phone that speak clear English. Got to the manager and they dont even speak clear English. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Major rip off company charging $400.00 to take back 30lb propane tank plus numerous other bogus charges which we already paid...tried to talk to supervisor never available now charging me late fees.Told them we are seniors citizens and cannot afford their rates charge every year if dont fill tank twice decided we cant do it. but to charge $400 for basically nothing taking their tank back? Just cant justify that don't have $400 for nothing...

I am a propane customer of ********************** and we own two homes. So the service address is different than the billing address. MY auto-bill pay failed one month because we had moved and the billing address no longer matched my credit card. I tried to fix this but the Amerigas self-serve website is a mess and I am unable to change my billing address.
