Terrible company , please do not use. They over charge for the propane!!!!! You try to call customer service you are on hold forever and I was hung up on several times. The customer service is located in another country and they can not speak understandable english . PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I moved to my house in March 2023 . From March till December 1st, I have paid more than $3000 for only Propane Gas. I called them and they explain the situation to them, they will send someone to check if there was a leakage. They assured me that they were going to waived and reimbursed my money. Fast forward, when they filled my tank on 12/01/2023, they charge me for $1,261.94, Again, they send someone to check the tank for leakage and charged almost $500 which they never reimbursed me as they mentioned to me. They Suck real bad, will never ever use them again. How can it be that they charge $4.19 a gallon and Ferrel gas charges only $2.92 a gallon.

my mother is 88 years old and has been set up on the auto fill. They have filled her tank twice with month for a total of over 2,000.00 she only has a wall heater and is only home a few hours a day as she stays with my brother and I. We called and they could not give us an answer as to why they keep charging her so much. this is the worst most dishonest company ever

Angie O - I too received a bill from Amerigas for $596 on 11/29/23 out of the blue. I called to inquire and was also told it was “an inspection and recertification fee”. I have been a customer for 19 years and never received such a bill. I called 5 times since 12/7/23 and spoke to a different customer rep each time to get this resolved. It took two calls to even tell me WHAT I was being charged for as these are just front line staff at a call bank. I order my fill up and it has been 11 days and I still don’t have my Gas… I even paid 300 for the next day fill up and did not receive it either…. They can’t even tell me when my delivery is exspected….

My mother has ordered her gas from Amerigas from the office in Ocala, Florida for many years with no problems until they resourced their customer service. We ordered gas in the summer of 2020 or 2021 and the bill was paid. Within the last two years, I have called repeatedly to find out why AmeriGas keeps billing my mother for gas that we have not ordered or received. I have been fighting with AmeriGas since November 19 regarding an unauthorized charge on my account. They sent out a customer service tech after I specifically told them not to because I did not want to pay $195 for them to check my tank and now I’ve been charged a late fee on top of the $195. This company has repeatedly refused to refund my credit balance of approximately $200.00 since November, due to a billing error on their part. I have gone online requesting my money back several times, plus made numerous phone calls requesting the same. I just get nowhere!!
