Worst customer service. The tank looked awful in our front yard. Requested painting. They told us to paint it ourselves. lol. So we decided to switch companies and they charged us with a pickup fee. **************** said they tell customers this but they didnt. Cant even understand what they are saying due to language differences. They also said it was a $199.98 bill but they added $100 to that too. I would never go with this company again. We have been loyal customers for over 20 years.

I would like to give them a -5 if I could. I canceled my auto delivery because I was moving but they came and filled my tanks anyway so I move and I get a bill so I called them and told them I do not live there anymore and they said that they would take care of it this went on for months so I call again and they said it would be taken care of well it wasn't because today I get another bill so I call again and I give up because I have them were I live now I need help to get these people off my back

These people are sheer criminals. It was a nightmare dealing with them for the 3+ years I had service with them. My bills are always paid on time. There was 75% in the tank when I discontinued service. The new owners continued service with them so I should be refunded. They have been promising me a refund since early December. It is now mid-April. Numerous phone calls to them, every time speaking with someone who, though they can speak English, do not comprehend English at all. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A 0 I WOULD. AFTER 20 YEARS BEING A CUSTOMER BACK WHEN IT WAS ** ********************** I'M DONE. NEVER ON TIME, LIE CONSTENTLY, DIFFERENT PRICE FOR EVERYONE ***************. Horrible experience. Paid for an emergency fill fee. Was not provided propane without the emergency fill period (3 days). Pre-paid online. After five months I still have yet to receive a refund credit. Was told the charge could not be reversed on my credit card purchase and that check would be received in 4-6 weeks (each time I called over the five month period). **************** said a check was in the mail or simple hung up when asked to be forward to a supervisor. You should be ashamed of your business practices. You withdraw money from people without ANY service provided. THEN when asked why you promptly refund ONLY A PORTION of the money you illegally withdrew from credit card accounts. YOU SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!Just so you know, I will gladly tell ANYONE that asks about Amerigas exactly what kind of a shady underhanded company you are.

Amerigas does not keep their promises to it's customers. Although repeatedly promising to notify me the day prior to ALL deliveries, they once again failed. Obviously they cannot be trusted to keep their word

Negative stars if there were such a thing.My property had a tank that was installed by a previous supplier in 2009, which Amerigas acquired around 2016. The service from the previous supplier was always terrible (less than 1 star) but Amerigas somehow managed to take this to another level. Terrible customer service, terrible service, late deliveries, overbilling, you name it this disreputable company does it.On at least 2 occasions during the cold season in ** they almost let the tank run dry. Horrible customer service; predatory billing practices, and price gouging. When I moved to my current residence, they had a gas contract with a local company. That company was great, but they sold out to Amerigas. This company price gouges, and when you need customer service, forget it. They are pre scripted liars. I canceled with them in favor of another small, local company with reasonable prices and excellent customer service (thats actually local).
