It doesn't allow a negative or 0-star option!BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE !!!!I am 67 years old. A veteran. Disabled and a recent cancer patient still in recovery. BEWARE of this company! Zero stars. All talk. Amerigas takes your money quickly. Was told we were added to the list to get gas. We had several calls in 2 weeks time to get gas, they never showed every time. They said l will add you to the list. Thats all they kept saying and they never showed over and over. We were never added to the list. They did not see our name on it. Empty promise. I had issues with them refilling the tank and then they let me run out in the middle of winter. They then said it would be over a week until they could fill it. I switched companies and told them to pick up the tank. It sat in my yard for over a year and then they picked it up and gave me a $500 charge!

I doubt ******* ***** will ever read this, but he has NOT "turnaround AmeriGas, including initiatives to return customer service centers to the ** and improve billing/logistics. A two week widow to provide gas? Nickeling and Diming the customers. It is outrageous that ********************** said that they were delivering gas and did not. Said there 6 year old tank was worth $1290, yet charged me $1460. Said if I didnt want the tank, I would cost $419 not to use it anymore and Id have to give them a 30 days written reason why... read more

On 1/17/26 I requested a fill up of my tank from Amerigas. My tank at the time read ~30%. On 1/20/26 the driver arrived to make a delivery. We received 2 invoices for that delivery. The first is for ***** gal, or approximately *****%. According to this invoice, I only had ***** gal or *****% left in my tank. That would mean I used between 25 gal and 35 gal, or 5% and 7%, in three days. Since my current reading shows my tank at 66%-68%, I have used approximately 14% in 31 days. That's 2.25 gal or

I called Amerigas on 1/19/26 to deliver as I was at 20% in tank . Scheduled the delivery between 1/27-1/30. I called on 1/30 as I hadnt gotten the notification for delivery and an ice storm was coming in and temperatures were going down to about 10 degrees . I was told they would be there by end of day but did not show up. Over the next 10 days I called 21 times and always got a foreign person that I could barely understand from a call center . If I could give zero stars I would. Have been promised delivery for The past week - have spent so much time on the phone trying to find out why I'm not getting my delivery only to be promised it will be here "tomorrow" now I'm dangerously low on propane and no delivery in sight. Will be switching companies. Stay away from Amerigas!

I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 11 YEARS. HOWEVER THIS VERY COLD WINTER HAS BROUGHT OUT THE TRUE COLORS OF THIS COMPANY. MY HOME IS 100% HEATED BY PROPANE. MY 1ST TANK WAS ON ZERO AND THE 2ND ON 10%. I BEGGED THEM TO UP MY DELIVERY DATE DUE TO 3 DEGREE NIGHTS AND POINTED OUT I DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH TO LAST TILL MY 3 WEEK DELIVERY. AmeriGas has the absolute worst customer service in the ****** When calling, it is impossible to get someone who speaks proper english, their call center is in ****** and no one is capable of scheduling a pickup of their propane tank. I purchased my home over 8 months ago from an estate, and after monthly calls I am told every time that they need proof of the previous owners DEATH before they could make any notes and schedule a tank pickup. I will make sure to tell everyone in my area NOT TO USE AMERIGAS.
