Have been completely satisfied with the service provided.careguard has easy access by phone or portal on line.a monthly itemized statement is sent cobering expenses occurred and payments made for services rendered bu provider. I can only speak for myself , but , without a doubt they have exemplified top of the line service where Healthcare Management strives to be the best and Ametros/Care Guard checks all the boxes . Ametros is a co-vendor of ours, where our firm provides structured settlement service and Ametros provides professional ************** of ******** Set-Asides (MSAs) and Medical Cost Projections (MCPs). I find their service positive and professional. When support is needed, it is received promptly. In short, Ametros is responsive! Ametros does an outstanding job at assisting ******** beneficiaries in ******************* rules and guidelines. Reporting to ******** every year can be a difficult task. Keeping receipts and filling out the proper paperwork can be a daunting for some of the injured individuals they work with. I had an account with a balance of $10,000. I was made to jump through multiple hoops in order to get the proper care. Their extensive reviews of every medical procedure and physical therapy notes are exhausting. First pain management ** I saw submitted a claim which was denied. After speaking to four separate employees. I had a manager tell me that it's impossible that it was denied. But it was. This is supposed to be an injury fund to pay for accident related bills but they are incompetent at best. They refuse to pay for my out of pockets when the treatment is clearly related, and they have paid for the same exact treatment in the past. Their website is confusing and indicates bills have been paid when they actually have not been paid. ***'s denying payment indicate code "A3 - Duplicate claim" when in fact it is not a duplicate.
