I have been with a metro since 2016 I. Have been completely satisfied with the service provided.careguard has easy access by phone or portal on line.a monthly itemized statement is sent cobering expenses occurred and payments made for services rendered bu provider. Office visists to provider are covered in full.their is o copayment or bil from provider.it pays claims in partnership with with PPO network.any questions or concerns regarding claims or billing from providers are answered and addressed and resolved.advocates are ... read more

I can only speak for myself , but , without a doubt they have exemplified top of the line service where Healthcare Management strives to be the best and Ametros/Care Guard checks all the boxes . Ametros is a co-vendor of ours, where our firm provides structured settlement service and Ametros provides professional ************** of ******** Set-Asides (MSAs) and Medical Cost Projections (MCPs). I find their service positive and professional. When support is needed, it is received promptly. In short, Ametros is responsive! And their knowledge extensive...Ametros is my go-to provider in this specialty field.
