I've had the pleasure of working as a public relations consultant with Ametros for several years and find everyone extremely professional, very smart, and super caring for their members. The company provides discounts on medical and pharmacy services, handles the reporting, and provides patient advocacy in addition to managing the funds and reporting requirements. I had careguard order and get me a scooter. I received the scooter in November 2025 and in March 2026 the charger stopped working, and after reporting it to the company that sold the scooter informed me that I am going to have to pay for a new charger. Now that isnt right because the charger isnt 6 months old. So I will not be using that company because they dont stand behind there product, and it has been almost 3 weeks and Im still getting the run around on getting a charger. So dont use that company anymore

The worst company i have ever had been with i wear diabetic shoes with orthopedic inserts and a brace because it the only shoe that will allow all that to go inside of it and i have nerve damage but they say they need more then a doctor note for them so they will cover them after the initial setup of policy they lady reached out to the department that handle and they told her just a doctor note i want to move to another company that no what they are doing but caregard won't let me ******* w *****

This has to be a scam $59,000 in medical for my back and have not been able to use a dime biggest scam ever no doctor accepts it and now I do t know what to do.

Biggest scam, good luck finding a ** that will accept this, I have been trying for a year. As soon as they see Careguard its no service, I have been canceled appointments after they try billing careguard. What a scam 52k in holding for my back and they wont part with it.

I had an account with a balance of $10,000. I was made to jump through multiple hoops in order to get the proper care. Their extensive reviews of every medical procedure and physical therapy notes are exhausting. First pain management ** I saw submitted a claim which was denied. After speaking to four separate employees. I had a manager tell me that it's impossible that it was denied. But it was. This is supposed to be an injury fund to pay for accident related bills but they are incompetent at best. They refuse to pay for my out of pockets when the treatment is clearly related, and they have paid for the same exact treatment in the past. Their website is confusing and indicates bills have been paid when they actually have not been paid. ***'s denying payment indicate code "A3 - Duplicate claim" when in fact it is not a duplicate.
