Smooth like Butter! I began the process with Amie Jones back in March. The app that was created to simply the process was amazing. I was able to submit all of my documents through the app and would receive a notification instantly. Amie was thorough and was always available to respond. I know I drove her nuts the last two weeks, but she was patient and kind. I will say that the entire process from beginning to end smooth.
