Consummate professional and 1st class customer service I really cannot say enough nice things about my loan officer, Amie Jones. She was, to put it simply, absolutely amazing. She was professional, courteous, attentive, and just one of the nicest people I’ve ever done business with. The process in whole was not as bad as I thought it would be the app. Made it pretty simple. The entire process went pretty quick and was real easy and amie made it very easy explained everything.

Fast, Pleasant, Confident In a nutshell, that's how it went with Amie. From the start, she was friendly, helpful and responsive. She explained the current loan environment in ways I could understand and got me from start to finish incredibly fast. Never had to ask for anything twice, she made the road smooth and easy.
