I want to thank Dr. Chin and her amazing staff for their compassion and professionalism. I brought my chihuahua, Tequila, on Monday march 16th 2016 in after she had been suffering from pneumonia and not responding to previous treatments. Sadly, her condition worsened quickly, and she passed away in my arms at the clinic. Even in such a heartbreaking moment, Dr. Chin and her team acted with urgency, care, and genuine love. Dr Bustamante and her staff are absolutely amazing. My little monster Yorkie ) goes to them and I wouldn't have it any other way . Maggie s doctor gives clear explanations and has treated my dogs . The front desk are always willing to help and know who Maggie mom is they are fabulous
The best Animal Hospital! The name fits them perfectly as all of their staff and doctors treat your furry baby with AMOR (love) . Dr. Bustamante has been my dogs vet since he was 2 months old. Place is always clean, staff is lovely and friendly, prices are fair and they always take time to explain everything to you and give you a follow up call the day after your visit to check in your baby.

Ever since new management took over, this clinic has gone completely downhill. I've been bringing my 3 cats here for years. Today I came in for a simple dental cleaning for my perfectly healthy cat. They handed me an estimate for over $2,500 -- packed with services I never asked for and had no reason to need: abdominal x-rays, ultrasounds, tooth extractions, vaccines, and pain medication. How do they know a tooth needs extraction before they've even examined it? And why prescribe pain medication for pain they haven't caused ... read more
I am hesitant to write negative reviews but after being treated with such disrespect today, it's time to let everyone know that this place needs to be scratched off your list of pet providers. After 5 years of treating my dog, We called last week to have a prescription refilled. My 87 year old mother was given information that they could not provide the prescription because she needed to come in for a Tech Visit for a Bordetella treatment. Welp I have been calling for a week to retrieve the old estimate this place gave me in January. Called three times. Got a lengthy voicemail about how I can come in for a complimentary exam-again for a new estimate. I assured them I don't plan on doing the surgery at all-for as long as I can because I look in my cats mouth daily and since she's been on heart meds the root resorption appears to remain stagnant. The staff here is rude and does not communicate well. I took my dog here for treatment and it took them over 45 days to communicate with me on what the issue was. When I call the receptionist is rude and the staff isn't educated enough to search names in their system. Living in south Florida there are definitely many other vets you can take your dog to. This staff does not have your dog's best interest in mind. Take care though.
