The staff here is rude and does not communicate well. I took my dog here for treatment and it took them over 45 days to communicate with me on what the issue was. When I call the receptionist is rude and the staff isn't educated enough to search names in their system. Living in south Florida there are definitely many other vets you can take your dog to. This staff does not have your dog's best interest in mind. Take care though.
Fire who ever was working front desk March 4th 2025 at 11:30am she doesn't want to do her job at all. Doing anything to get off the phone when my dog is having a serious problem and medicine and records are all a mess due to this hospital
