I was very impressed with the staff. Everyone was very nice. Dr Martinez-Amores was very easy to talk with and I didn't feel she was trying to push every single treatment out there. I am very glad I decided to go.

Money is tight, I asked the front desk lady since I was getting my teeth cleaned if they could have the doctor look at his tooth since we are traveling to Italy next week. Didn’t know they would charge me for taking a five minute look. My account went negative this day for $20 bucks. I wish they would of told me it would be a charge to look at my sons teet for 5 minutes. Very unprofessional.

Hygenist was not very good,,,l did not know she was Sub for Helen had I known that I would’ not have made the appointment. She struglled to clean my teeth and took for every to take X rays,,, She Struggled aswell even Flosing my teeth! Sorry just neing Honest i think i wasted a cleaning. Thanks

The gentleman that did the cleaning is not nearly experienced as the two girls that normally do my cleaning. He started off with the fluoride treatment then used the air tool to dye the gums and the plaque removal. He never used the hand manual took to scrape off the plaque. He never ran floss between my teeth or had me rinse out my mouth (never gave me any rinse ti fo so) No complimentary bag with floss, tooth brush, toothpaste

Since I'm going to need a 2nd appt, would have appreciated having the chance to make that appt instead of waiting till 1st appt & then having to accept less than desirable times & days, less option, in other words.

I went for my annual dental cleaning, and this time I met Maritza, Dominican Lady as myself. She was great and made me feel comfortable, and explained everything to me, she was kind but very professional. It is always a good experience for me to go for my dental appointments.
