This past appointment was worse than my previous three. The dentist stated that the pain I was feeling was, "Ghost pain" as if I did not know what that meant or I was pretending that I randomly get pain in my oral cavity. Very unprofessional.

The staff was friendly and wonderful. I took time off from work to go to the appointment. My appointment time was 4:30 pm and I left the office at 6:30 pm. I understood they were busy, but when I was told that not all of the work could be done because the dentist had an appointment with his accountant and was charged by the minute, it was very clear that his time was much more important than mine. He did finish the work, but was clearly rushed.

It was not explained to me what the procedure would be that day. I was not given any sufficient pain relief. I was offered some minor solutions by phone. My pain level nonetheless was extremely high.

For years every visit I been saying my cleaning was paid 100% no copay But I charged copay under PREVENTIVE maintenance. Which no longer applied after 2004.

First of all I was asked to confirm several times, by phone, twitter, sms. Then I asked for a later appointment and I was told it was not possible. Then 20 minutes before my appointment I received a call from your staff asking me to come 40 minutes later. Arrived on time at the new time and had to wait another 10 minutes. Once inside, I was prepared for procedure, wait for the doctor, then she did something and left me waiting again... not what a patient would have expected.
