Received a blue sticker on our jeep that is a daily driver and runs perfectly! The sticker states it's in a fire lane and none parking area. However there are no signs what so ever stating no parking or that it's a fire lane. No fire hydrants! Multiple house owners park on this side of the road as well. I am an owner of a home that is managed by their HOA services and they are awful- somehow the owner pays the mortgage HOA etc. but they seem to think they have all of the power. Frequent certified compliance letters as well as emails (why send both), and if you aren't home you get to go to the post office to pick up a letter you already received by email. I'm on the board of an HOA that is managed by AMS and we work exclusively with Bob Mulkey. In the 3 years I've worked with Bob, he has been responsive and attentive to the needs in our community. It's a bureaucratic process to get anything done with an HOA but Bob is persistent, positive and good at explaining why we need to do specific things for the HOA. In a perfect world, no one would need an HOA or a management service but since we do need one, AMS has been helpful thus far.
Put a tow sticker on a vehicle I drive every day then when I called I was told they don't put stickers on cars. That's odd because the sticker says ams right on it. I call back and am hung up on twice. I call a 3rd time and someone answers then puts me on eternal hold. This is why HOA's get a bad rap.
I have a worst experience with AMS-NW recently. They made multiple mistakes and don't response to their mistakes. Their Management don't treat this seriously and don't respond timely at all. They sent a noncompliance notice incorrectly to me on 9/14/23. I responded by re-sending the information on 9/18/23. Then I received a register letter dated on 10/06/23 with the same matter.
