This is an exceptional dental office. Dr. Brown is fabulous! In an emergency so are the other dentists, but I just like Dr. Brown to work on my teeth. The receptionists are always friendly and efficient. The hygienist listens to my concerns of sensitive teeth and takes extra care in cleaning them so not to cause me pain. Always a great experience at Amwell Dental. My teeth are never less than squeaky clean after Lisa is finished with them! The staff is pleasant and efficient and Dr. Brown is one of a kind...the good kind! I will even comment on the magazines in the waiting room...they are current (I hate waiting rooms with mags from 2002!) and there's a magazine for every taste. To me it shows that they put some thought into the comfort of their patients. I would highly recommend Amwell Dental.
Simply the best. Convenient hours, excellent care, friendly family atmosphere, wonderful staff; Dr. Brown and his staff have kept me in excellent dental health for almost thirty years, and, other than a wisdom tooth I had removed in my youth, I, at 65 years of age, still have the rest of my teeth and healthy gums to prove it!
In one word...AMAZING! What a team!! The front desk scheduling staff, dental assistants and of course Dr. Brown. I called after seeing the great review, desperate to get an appointment for my daughter who was in pain due to her wisdom tooth. I could not be happier with Amwell Dental. What a wonderful and courteous staff! I am an anxious patient and when I had an emergency on an early Saturday morning, they were all there to help me and put me at ease and take care of the emergency. Dr. Brown is extremely nice who helped me with the emergency but I am currently under the care of Dr. Jacob. When I tell you, if you are anxious, Dr. Jacob should be your dentist. Always, 5 star professional treatment from the receptionist to the dental assistants. Five + stars for Dr. Brown for his meticulous dental work which has kept my teeth healthy & beautiful for the past 30 years.
The professionalism and friendliness of the staff is absolutely unbelievable! Most of us have fears about going to the dentist, yet the staff here are able to help patients overcome those fears and take care of their dental needs. I drive over an hour to come to appointments, they're worth it!!!
