service was outstanding from Jen at the front desk to the person who cleaned my teeth to the Dr who examined me. I'm very happy with your service
I have been a patient probably for many years. They are out of my network, but that does not matter, I would never switch. Dr. Brown and all of the staff are the best. If I have an issue, they have me come right in and the issue is resolved. I flew my daughter in from Colorado to go to Amwell Dental because I would not let anyone else other than Dr. Brown remove her four wisdom teeth.
Technician Lisa is always a pleasure. Waiting room has old Christmas poinsettia... Looks very old, tired and should be tossed. Same for the holiday cards.
i had a "great evening" spending it with Dr. Brown! He is the best dentist ii've ever had. Myra is my dental hygienist and she is also very competent at her job. the front office staff always is attentive and are welcoming to the patients. i enjoy, as much as one can enjoy coming to a dentist, Amwell Dental. I've been coming to Amwell Dental for almost 20 years, even after moving 45 minutes away. I always get great care and everyone is very friendly!
My experience with Amwell Dental has been wonderful! It's great to walk in the door and be greeted by Carol & Jen with a friendly hello and stories to pass the time in the waiting room. I'm also a huge fan of Ed who has been the hygienist doing my cleanings for the past few years. He is very nice, works fast, keeps me informed if he sees any potential problems throughout the cleaning and he is perfectly fine with giving me a break to relax my jaw if and when I need it. Lisa is very friendly and always does a thorough job cleaning my teeth. She also offers valuable suggestions on how I can improve my methods of cleaning and flossing.
Everyone hates going to the Dentist, but I don't dread going there. Great Dentists and staff!
Dr. Brown and all the folks at Amwell Dental did their usual superb job when I went in after one of my teeth lost a filling and started to crumble -- the tooth was prepped for a crown, to be installed in 2 weeks. I've been going to Dr. Brown for many years and he and his staff are unfailingly friendly, kind, caring, and technically expert.
