I've been coming to this practice for about 20yrs and have never had a bad experience..Dr Brown is so gentle and caring about all his patients...I have worked for him in the past and know him well.

I was placed on-hold for over 14 minutes. I wanted to schedule an appointment that was available earlier but no longer available after 14 minutes of holding. That was frustrating & disappointing.

I'm so sorry you had a frustrating experience getting through to the staff. We have a new phone system which has some issues to be resolved. In your case, your incoming call was put on hold "park station." Each phone call on hold is supposed to generate a red light to indicate the call on hold. Right now, only the first call on hold shows a light. Without a red light indicator, it is easy to lose track of people waiting. We are working on this problem. Believe me we are NOT happy about the "bugs" in this new system. ... read more

The front desk and dental hygienist were nice, but I didn’t like the doctor’s bedside manner - he came off as condescending. Strange office lay out - open rooms that you can hear and see what is going on with other patients. I will not go back.

This is Dr. Brown. I'm so sorry you had a bad first experience. We pride ourselves in NOT being an aggressive-sell office. We are not in-network with a lot of insurance companies so we can provide quality work without the patient waiting for more than a day or two. I'm not sure why dr. Uddin came off as condescending. No one needs to feel badly about whatever their dental situation is. I apologize and ask that you give us a second chance, and request me for your exams. I was extremely satisfied, with all that it entailed. Amicable staff, specially DR. BROWN, He has great humor, but I can definitively attest that he highly knowledge In his craft & I felt his sincerity & concern towards my wellbeing. That is truly priceless, I am definitely going to promote him & his work ethic to many people that I know & interact with. He is definitely one of the best out there.
