RecommendedAlthough I don’t love how many times I’ve had to call maintenance, Rodney and Mike are the best and show up in a timely manner. From small fixes such as a dishwasher piece to an entirely new washing machine, they get the job done and follow up to make sure everything continues to run smoothly.

Kahlil Graham, property manager is exceptional at his job. I recently moved to NC from out of state, a stressful experience to say the least. Kahlil listened to all my questions and concerns and worked tirelessly to met my every need. When a problem arose he fixed it or gave an explanation as to what steps are being taken to do so. Really nice place, lots of amenities. Sattima was super attentive and took me on a full tour as well as answered all of my questions to provide me with the best insight to make my decision. I really liked this place and can see myself living here.

Apartment Hunting in 2022 Sattima was knowledgeable about the property and helpful with details concerning the apartment of interest. The main con for me were the low ceilings. However, the updated finishes looked great in the renovated unit. Will be heavily considering this place as an option.
