I have lived here for a bit over a year now since I wrote my last review. I love my apartment, it's not only a unique floor plan but it's also extremely spacious, and I have a dog that loves space- its worth the money. The scenery is very beautiful. The Office staff knows not only me by name, but they know my dog by name!! The maintenance staff is great, they also know me by name. The maintenance team here could be better. I have been a resident here for a long time. I have seen 3 different managements companies come in and out. The current maintenance team could use more training or a whole different crew. The pipes freeze when running the ac and it leaks water into the filter compartment. Maintenance comes over with tape and blows water from inside the ac compartment all over the floor. No regard for cleanliness and the ac is still not fixed. they know they can treat you any way they want to after you've signed your lease and it shows. first, our apartment wasn't ready on the original date. two weeks later, our apartment has so many issues with it that it is not livable. when we presented the issues to the leasing office, we got yelled at today. we have been patient and kind, but persistent in making sure we get our money's worth. we were told our behavior is not tolerated, yet we were not the ones yelling at our residents that are paying far too much for the qua... read more

I will tell you what, I do not know how they have the ratings they do. I have never been so angry and upset by anything in my life. Everything that could go wrong here did and I moved all the way here from Ohio. The move was already hard enough but they were so disorganized and unprofessional. They didn't have an apartment for me and took four days to get one. My stuff was in a trailer and luckily my dad is a computer programmer so he didn't have to leave immediately but we did have to get a hotel. Blamed everything on the f... read more
