I used Andrew Baer at Academy Mortgage to finance my new home purchase. I found Andrew through a referral from my agent. What a great recommendation. All my calls were answered promptly and my questions answered completely. We hit a few snags with the underwriters and Andrew found the solutions to the problems and we still closed quickly. Andrew worked with me for almost one year prior to getting my gorgeous home. I had some credit issues and he walked me thru the process of how to get my scores higher for a prequel and subsequent purchase of the home. He made the process so easy and reassuring. He kept me updated all they the way and was incredibly responsive. If I had a question he was quick to respond. If your looking for a loan officer he is your man. I would recommend him, and will, to all my family and friends. Oh and we closed early!!!
Andrew helped me through my first home purchase, so naturally I had no idea what I was doing. He answered all of my calls, even late at night, to help explain everything as we moved forward. He stuck very true to his word and was able to deliver exactly what he had promised in the beginning. I just recently closed on a refi for my home. I'm an event coordinator so my daily schedule is hectic and all over the place. Andrew was very patient and understanding throughout the process.
