Andrew followed up with me on every step of the process first by first basis, he helped me work out all the issues I encountered to process my loan and after many impossibilities and objections andrew managed to make it happen for me, with out him I wouldn't be in a home right now and no other person would've been as persistent on getting me the best I could

Andrew Baer our mortgage agent was the best. He said he could deliver a VA loan in 30 days or less and he delivered. Every contact or phone call was responded to promptly within an hour or so even weekends. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional in every way. The entire process went by the numbers. I would highly recommend his firm for anyone buying a house.
My husband and I purchased our first home after the 2008 crash. We used the VA program to purchase the home. Andrew was very helpful and quickly responded to our questions. He worked closely with our realtor and the process was very smooth!
Andrew was very helpful with us, when we needed to raise our credit score to get a better rate he informed us of different things we could to to accomplish this. He would always call us back pretty quickly if we could not get in touch with him. Andrew is also very knowledgeable with whats current in the marketplace. He will also give you realistic goals of what he can provide for you.
