Andrew and his team worked extremely hard and was very thorough with getting us approved for our second mortgage, the team was excellent in communication and getting things done in a very timely manner. Andrew was very professional and understood we needed to get things done quickly and efficiently, he quickly went to work and was able to deliver a closing even sooner than we requested. Andrew delivered the product as promised! We had a tight window for closing and a somewhat complicated financial twist to make it happen. We were able to close right on schedule. It felt chaotic at times, but by the time of closing all was in order. That is the important bottom line.
