I'm not sure if this survey pertains exclusively to Andrew, or if it encompasses the entire team we worked with at Churchill Mortgage. Overall the process was pretty smooth and working with the staff at Churchill in the loan approval process was easy. Issues arose in the last week before closing. Our team was based on the West coast two time zones behind us, so closing day was significantly delayed. This also meant the team was not familiar with our state's procedures creating unnecessary stress
