When I contacted Andrew Schmidt about a refinance on our current home, his first question to me was "what is your goal?". In all the other quotes, no-one had ever asked that. He put my desires for my refi before anything else, and I never felt like he had any hidden agenda. He and the whole team were polite and friendly, professional and helpful, and efficient and never too busy to answer my myriad of questions! The refi was done in the outlined timeframe, with no hidden surprises.
