Andrew was great. But after he got our rate and major information we never spoke or worked with him again. We were working with Todd, who was very nice and professional. However we had to ask a few times for updates. We know certain things can take long periods of time, but my wife and I like to be informed and we would have appreciated more updates.

Andrew was awesome! We learned a lot in the first meeting & he was great about teaching us some of the terminology. After our initial meeting we really weren't in contact with him anymore. The team was good to work with, but we sometimes had to ask for updates along the way. It also felt like we dealt with several different POCs throughout the process without being introduced to them. Overall I would (& have) recommended as everything was completed in a timely, friendly & coaching manner.
