The whole VA mortgage and inspection appraisal process was garbage. It unnecessarily prolonged the whole process. We should have been advised for a conventional loan. instead. But, since we went with the VA it was too late.

The mistakes made at the end missing our earnest money applied. The way we had to jump through hoops to accomplish our end goal. I felt like the mortgage team expected everyone else to accommodate whatever their schedule was.

The only thing I would say needs to be improved is that when an important email or document needs to be signed right away. Please indicate that in the email. I had no communication for 3 days because someone was out of the office that I sent my email to. Witch in turn delayed my closing.

Mary is phenomenal, and is the main reason I will continue do business with Churchill. The processing department, however, is absolutely horrendous. Deb, the processing manager, shouldn’t be managing anything. I, the client, felt like I did her job for her, which should never be the case in any reputable institution. I’m still attempting to resolve a payoff issue she created.

I guess I just enjoyed going through my local credit union better for my previous home. I didn't enjoy working with multiple individuals as much as I would have preferred to work with one individual. I was told a few things that turned out not to be true that put me in a bind once closing occurred. Also, I was happy to try and work with Churchill as I heard good things about you by Dave Ramsey, but I didn't thing that communication was very good at all towards the closing portion.
