The one thing that I disliked about working with LeaderOne is that everything was always addressed to Nick. Not Nick and Brandi and NEVER just to me. I just think it's ridiculously old fashioned considering that I was the one doing most of the leg work and communicating with Andy. I told a couple of people I was working with to please call ME if they had any questions and they continued to call Nick even though he has very limited access to his phone during the day. It's 2017...

Andy was excellent to work with! We did the entire transaction long distance and there were no problems. If I had a question, no matter how silly (and there were a few silly ones!) he answered it quickly and concisely. He did everything he could to make this a smooth transaction. Fantastic!

Andy Blicken secured the loan we needed when we needed it. Andy's focus on the customer and doing what is best for them was refreshing. He went out of his way to get us a mortgage for our dream home when the big name company could not accomplish the task.
