All good. Just one anoying thing that bothered me was that they keeped on sending me the same emails about incomplete documents over and over again when I had sent everything in to the Loan officer. For future reference please be in touch with the clients loan officer for documentation, other than that everyone was very professional.

Simplicity of the process
Process was made and felt smooth
Wilson Nguyen was phenomenal. We dealt with him the most. I physically spoke with Andy Garcia several times during the final week of the process. There was no direct contact information for the processor provided from the beginning. Any email we received listed a name with no further information other than one common number, and then we always talked with another processor until the last week or so. Super fast, from application to closing in a little over 2 weeks is AMAZING!!!!
Everyone was very helpful through the whole process. I loved being able to track the progress of my loan online to see where it was and view all documents when needed.
