It was difficult to get technical support as to how to format (convert to PDF) some of the required information.
It was a pleasure working with all of the penny Mac professionals during this process.
I was able to do everything very easily and quickly via uploading documents on the site. The only small hang up we had was the need for extra documentation to prove child support as part of my income. Otherwise everything flowed nicely and communication of expectations were very clear.
Wondering why I am getting a survey from Andy when I never dealt with him thru this whole process. It was someone else
Overall this was a fast easy and clearly explained experience. Everyone I talk to is very kind and helpful with all my questions. I really appreciate Penny MAC and all of their employees for making this not stressful.

A seamless and easy process. Courteous and professional.
Andy and his team were great. I really had no issues with them, but the appraiser that they used was awful and it was a bit frustrating having to deal with them. I think Pennymac should reconsider the company you partner with for appraisal services. They are bringing down the quality of your service.
