I have an old Nissan Altima, and when it needs repair, I always come to this dealer, Avon Nissan. Recently, Avon Nissan had just repaired my Altima, I'm very happy with it. The customer service and mechanics are very nice, I'm very grateful for the help they give me, and say a thanks to those who helped me! - Ching

Took way too long 😔 hit in the service center and was told it would not take long. However it took over two hours before I was out of there

Sales staff was very good at their job. Our salesman Mr King answered all of our questions and went over all the features of the car with us and his sales manager added couple of options on to the vehicle that were not equipped when we purchased it.

Always courteous. Clean customer waiting area with drinks available. Keep you updated on your service. Service usually performed in a timely matter. Everyone friendly and welcoming.

I’ve noticed a change when I try to come in for service, mainly a oil change. I was told it would be a couple of hours for my oil change and I was there over three plus hours and saw people come hours after me but left hours before me.

Fast and good service, Heather was wonderful to keep me informed as they worked on my vehicle. I used the discounted prices for my services, thank you. But I couldn’t use my rewards I had earned. This is twice now that I haven’t been able to use it, which I feel I should since they were earned. Also I do not know how to earn my points from this last service. Hopefully it is just added on
