I needed an oil and filter change. Without appointment they were able to complete the work in about an 75 minutes while I waited in their waiting area. Free beverages , WiFi and comfortable seating with cable tv made the wait seem short. Pleasant staff, free 27 point inspection with service recommendations also.
We worked with David and he was great. He was very low pressure and kind. He stayed late to help us out and was understanding and not pushy at all when we wanted to leave to think about it. We ended up coming back the next day to buy the vehicle from him! I also had an issue with paperwork. There was a document missing that needed to be signed and they were super flexible and worked with my schedule. They didn't expect me to be back there right away. I would definitely recommend them!
Overall things went well just seemed like confusion in communication among employees but everyone very nice and helpful. Zack, Theresa and Aaron have been very patient with helping me transition
Great service. Explained all of the features and help set them up. Went out of their way to make sure the suv had everything I wanted even getting one from somewhere else.

This is my 3rd vehicle I have bought from Andy Mohr Nissan in Avon. Their no pressure sales approach is really refreshing. They have always put me in a vehicle that was most affordable to me, and not in the vehicle they would make the most money off of. I will continue my business there when in need of a vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone, and especially sales associate James Starrett.
