Just stopped in to have my oil changed and pick up a key fab and floor mats for my recently purchased Yukon. Luther is a great salesman. I've bought multiple vehicles from him and would do so again. He's knowledgeable and easy to work with. Steve Faulkner has always taken good care of us. He's the reason we are loyal to Andy Mohr.
James Perry is extremely courteous and professional. He provided top-notch customer service! He is extremely knowledgeable about the inventory and many aspects of the sales process, including financing, which was really helpful. He explained everything very well and was very patient. Herve was professional and organized. He listened attentively to our specifications and worked cooperatively with the financing department to meet those needs. I really enjoyed working with Herve. Of course, I did a lot of homework prior to buying this truck, so I had a few demands. Herve went the extra mile to try and meet those demands and to accomodate all of my requests. The only one he didn't meet was the one that was out of his hands. Working with financing was great too. Even though I had my own financing, I ended up going with theirs.
