As a woman minister I needed a dependable car. Yogi was honest and helpful to me. Of course we all want a better financial deal but I am happy with the price I paid. I bought a Buick Lucerne 2011 with very low mileage. The warranties and condition of the car are great. I was treated with respect and honesty. I needed to leave to MI from Indy for the long weekend but needed the oil changed B4 the trip. A lot of people were thinking the same-very busy. I expected about a 2 hour wait and was in and out in about 1/2 hour. Exceeded my expectations. Also going back a bit when I initially bought the car there was a problem with some billing on the trade in with GM in Texas(their billing office) I was getting nowhere with GM and I was in Germany for business. Chris is the most professional salesman I have worked with EVER when purchasing a car. He made the process smooth as well as offered me options I hadn't considered. Pete worked hard to offer me a competitive trade in value as well as lease that fit my budget. A dealer up the road lost my biz as they were trying to push me into a car I didn't want. The quick lube is fast and clean! They are very quick and attentive to our needs. The lobby was kept cool especially on this hot day and offered a tv to keep me occupied while I waited which wasn't very long at all.
I have been coming to Andy Mohr Fishers for over 12 years and I purposely find Patrick Andres because of his professionalism. He knows how I like to buy my vehicles (Good price without the marathon). I like the ability to take the vehicle in for an oil change and supply my own oil and filter. The cost is negligible and i am often able to find oil at a discounted price at Costco.
I had a service engine soon light that came on after my car was serviced by another automobile service establishment. I had the brakes and serpentine engine belt replaced by Meineke. Not only was it expensive, but they could not get the service engine soon light to go off. I immediately contacted Andy Mohr Buick service department.
