Excellent Service I have been taking our Altima to this dealer for Service for the past several years and I have been very pleased with the care and personal attention they have given to my concerns. Excellent Service Dept Took grand daughters 2001 Maxima in for repairs more than once and every time Billy and his technicians took care of problem and Elise at cashiers window helped sign up grand daughter for Nissan Rewards program and saved us 133 dollars on repair. Great Job!!!
Repairs This was one of the best experiences I have had with a Service Department. I spoke to Billy who was so knowledgeable with my vehicle. He listened patiently as I expressed my concerns, took care of my problems with minimal assistance from me. One of the most Professional, yet kindest service reps I have dealt with. Ask for him! I would highly recommend the SERVICE DEPT. at Any Mohr Nissan. I rate them 4.5 stars!
Very satisfied customer, love my Maxima I can find no fault with Andy Mohr Nissan. Mike Hopper was outstanding in finding exactly what I wanted and made every effort to ensure I was happy with all my choices. I got exactly the car I wanted with all the options I wanted. The price seemed fair and personnel I interacted with were all very helpful. This says a lot because I do not like buying a car because of the normal high pressure but I had none of that from Mike.
My kind of place I've been dealing with Andy Mohr Nissan since 2009 and each visit is just as good and welcoming as the first. I always feel as though I am amongst family and friends when I'm there. The entire staff including the service dept. is amazing.

When I go to Andy Mohr Nissan for service I know that Jeff will let me know if something needs fixed and not just make things up or do unnecessary work like other service departments try to do.
