Best in West Indy Bill, Marcus and Jessica are great people to work with. I bought my first car from a dealership here in January. The process went well. Everyone was helpful. Bill Fletcher has been amazing regarding and service questions or repairs and taking care of a high maintenance person!!! ?
Very impressed Although I bought my Nissan thru a very small, local company, when I had transmission problems the Service crew at Andy Mohr Nissan on Lafayette Road treated my concerns with the respect. Service Manager, Bill Fletcher, and his very helpful team listened to what was happening to my car, fixed the problem promptly and efficiently, even though I wasn't already a customer. Very highly recommend this facility as genuinely professional people who provide unusually high customer service.

I'm Happy! I saw the Nissan 350Z advertised, and decided it was an opportunity not to be passed. Once visiting the dealership, I was introduced to my sales associate Oliver, and we inspected and tested the car before working up the purchase. Loan paperwork and documentation went smoothly thanks to Mike & Mike, and I was on my way after a final pre-delivery prep. I appreciate their hospitality.

These guys know SERVICE The service guys are customer service professionals! They treat you like a queen (or king) and are fair to deal with. They can also service almost any make, so I have my husband take my Ford there when it needs service. The service manager is super friendly and remembers your face when you go in, and they don't jack you around with sales talk. They just get your car serviced or repaired and get you on your way. Remember to allow time for the free carwash and they will hook you up!

Great Service! I was in Indianapolis, IN and needed an oil change. I was given suggested services that the dealership I normally go to in Chicago never gave. I was also given information about 2 recalls on my vehicle. This was the first time I heard about any recalls. They got me in and out in less time that was stated. Everyone was nice and informative.
