Routine oil change service was quick and easy I arrived early but they didn't make me wait for the exact appointment time. They allowed me to wait in the parking lot rather than in the facility. The rep I spoke to initially helped me to pare down the cost of the service by delaying tire rotation until a later date. The second rep let me know I need to replace my air filter soon and gave me documentation on that for follow-up. I'm very satisfied with the experience.

Job well done! I Love my Nissan Quest. Although its a little older and starting to need work here and there, I always take my Quest into the Dealership.
