My Regularly Scheduled Maintenance Visit This was my regular stop in for an oil change and tire rotation to keep my SUV in tip-top shape as much as possible. I had just returned from an extended road trip and was happy this maintenance visit fell just after the long trip.

Customer My appointment was for 8 AM and the service people took our car in right away. The repair took about two hours. They car needed additional repairs and advise me of it, and we have them repair that too. I had no problems getting in and out of the service area.
