Andy Mohr VW is accommodating when I call for an appointment. Dave and Kevin are friendly, explains the work order well, their thorough and reviews the upcoming service issues. It is also nice having a complimentary car wash.
Our 07 car transmission trashed out during the virus outbreak and we really didn’t even want to buy a car right then. But out of Necessity we did. Everyone there on 4/3/20 was professional, understanding, and courteous. Zach was very helpful.

Impressive Service When going to a dealership, one of the most important aspects of a buy is impressions. It was an incredibly hot day when I visited to view the car I eventually went on to buy. Caleb, the dealer I had contact with before had the courtesy to start the car and AC well before I arrived to make it a better experience. Caleb was friendly, helpful, and understanding throughout the entire purchasing process - and even further after the purchase to ensure satisfaction. I recommend this location very highly.
Excellent Sales People, Passive Agressive Finance Guy Jim and Tyler were extremely helpful. We were able to take the car away for close to 2 hours for a pre purchase inspection. I would give just their service 5 stars without a doubt. However the finance guy Nate got really passive aggressive with me after I declined to get any extended warranties, completely ruining my first time car buying experience. Professional Service It started when I purchased my Tiguan working with Mason and Mike. Now I am servicing my car at the dealership and the experience has been a good one. (Like the complimentary car wash.) Like anything you have to review pricing for services rendered. But feel if something were not right they would take care of it.
