Friendly and Transparent We were greeted by David before we even got out of our car and graciously guided into the main office before being introduced around to the sales staff we met with. The facility is new and and very clean! I was pretty charmed despite resisting. The car that I called in about was brought to us and David was very friendly and funny taking us through the features. Great people great cars I was able to find a car online and called them and they helped me with everything. Told them I was 3 hours away and they held the car for me while I drove down there to look at it. Ended up buying it and was in and out! Great customer service!

Great out of state experience I am from out of state and purchased my Volkswagen from Andy Mohr in Indiana. The sales team that I worked with over the phone was great and not only worked with me on getting a deal I was comfortable with but also spend the time needed to explain the vehicle before I was able to visit the dealership. When I showed up to the service center they were extremely courteous and professional. All this made for one of the better car buying experiences that I have had. I will shop here again.

Jay Layton was my sales rep. I was apprehensive about buying a new car but he quickly saw my concerns and not only found me a car in my price range but a 2015, one owner that was show room quality. I was given lots of options that would cost way more yet Jay pointed me back to the Jetta. Worth the drive to Avon I live about 45 minutes away from Andy Mohr VW, so it’s a bit of a drive for me; however the drive was well worth it! My sales consultant David Kicks was outstanding!
