On a short time frame was able to not only keep my mother calm and explain every thing very well to us. 1st time buying a place in a long while. Lot of things have changed. Andy was able to get us thru the process and meet the time demands we had.

We closed on our first house with Andy last month. It was very important to us to work with a reputable lender who had a solid track record in closing on time. In our offer to the sellers, we had a specific loan commitment date that we had to hit. Throughout the process, Andy educated us up front so there were no last minute surprises. I cannot begin to properly put into words how much we enjoyed our home buying experience and it was all thanks to Andy. And came highly recommended to us by our real estate agent. My wife and I had found a place we wanted to put an offer on quickly and we needed fast approval.
