I have enjoyed working with Andy through my home loan. Since this was my first time buying a home, there was a fear factor regarding the whole process of getting the load approved, but I have to admit that after talking to Andy on a Saturday afternoon at his office I was relaxed. I really liked the way Andy explained the whole process involved and the fees associated at each step. I would definitely go to Andy for my next home loan.

I will tell you this if you don't use Andy Ward you will regret it! we were ready to close a week early! He was helpful and met us anywhere to make sure the process went smooth! Thanks Andy you are the best! The Giger's are very satisfied with his dedication!

We all know that buying a home can be a stressful time and we decided to go with a new build which added even more stress. Andy worked with us for about 4 months while our home was being built in Clarksville, TN and at the time we were living at Fort Rucker, AL. Andy answered all our question's along the way. I feel Andy went above and beyond to work with us during those 4 months he even answered his cell phone on a 3 day holiday weekend as I had a huge question that I needed a fast answer on. He was available to talk to me before, during, and after my home purchase. He really looked at all of the aspects of my finances and helped me make the most responsible decisions. I have never had the customer service that Andy had given my husband and I. He treated us like he had known us for years and took the time to explain in detail all of the steps that would be taken and made sure that we understood everything that would happen during the process!! He would answer our phone calls and texts immediately and would also give us a call just to check up on us to make sure we were doing ok. Andy was great to work with. Due to issues after a divorce, my loan required some special help and Andy worked hard to help me with that. I did not even think I could qualify for a loan until Andy ran the numbers and assured me it was possible.
