We all know that buying a home can be a stressful time and we decided to go with a new build which added even more stress. He was available to talk to me before, during, and after my home purchase. He really looked at all of the aspects of my finances and helped me make the most responsible decisions. I have never had the customer service that Andy had given my husband and I. He treated us like he had known us for years and took the time to explain in detail all of the steps that would be taken and made sure that we understood everything that would happen during the process!! He would answer our phone calls and texts immediately and would also give us a call just to check up on us to make sure we were doing ok. Andy was great to work with. Due to issues after a divorce, my loan required some special help and Andy worked hard to help me with that. I did not even think I could qualify for a loan until Andy ran the numbers and assured me it was possible.
