This companies business practices are deceptive and they should be shut down. They make false promises regarding shipping time frame and the quality of the skates are horrible. They are run by a bunch of liars and crooks. When it came to getting assistance with a return they stopped answering. IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE CONTACT AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH YOUR BANK, THEN CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN NORTH CAROLINA AND FLORIDA AND CONTACT BBB.

What a horrible company to deal with. They do not ship on time AT ALL and once we received the skates, they were just HORRIBLE quality. I would NOT RECOMMENED ANGELSKATES.COM SCAM TO ANYONE.

This company has changed the ship date for my order THREE TIMES and the item still has not shipped. It has been 36 days since I placed my order. I spent $100 on a pair of skates and they have not communicated to me once about my order - I have to keep asking where my order is. They have been completely unapologetic. I ordered a pair of skates as a Christmas gift on Saturday, December 5th 2020, and paid extra for expedited shipping. They told me in an email that my order would arrive before Christmas Day. That was a lie. I didn't receive my package until Monday, January 4th. The package was beat up, barely taped and without and cushioning to protect the contents inside. I order skates right after Thanksgiving. Angle skates web site says 5-7 days for shipping. After two weeks I contacted them and I got adds in my email. I have tried to call they won't answer the phone. Finally after several emails I get one that states we can refund you but your skates are ready to ship out. Of course they never have. Now they refuse to give me my money back. I did sign up on their web site under an allis and they supposedly have the skates in stock. Or they were just trying to steal someone else's money.
