order #64540 I ordered a size 6, they sent me a size 9! Then they wouldn't send me the correct size until they got the size 9 returned to them! HORRIBLE customer service!!

I ordered my skates back in 2020 from Angel Skates. My order number is #*****. I was a naïve beginner skater that knew nothing about quality skate brands, and was roped in by the lower price point and pretty colored skates offered by Angel Skates. Claimed they were a N.C. business and shipped from inside the U.S. Item arrived well past 45 days from order date. I tried them on immediately and they were way to small even though I ordered a size larger than I needed. The company stated the return policy is only 30 days from purchase, even though tracking the package indicated it wasn't even in the U.S. yet at 30 days. I ordered over $200 worth of product. And not only did I pay extra to have it sent out sooner but when I got my order, I only got half of my order. I ordered two pairs of skates and only got one. They were a gift so now I have to hold onto one pair as I sit around and wait for the second to come. The company said they would send out the "missing" pair but didn't offer a refund on the extra payment that I paid for them to be sent here sooner. I haven't been able to use my skates yet due to inclement weather. However, I will base my rating on arrival, price sizing and appearance. As for arrival and pricing, the skates arrived earlier than expected and although I would have loved to pay less...I purchased using an IG sale code. The sizing was accurate for me but I went a 1/2size up just in case. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY. The company does not honor its return policy and refuses to work with its customer's at all. I have a brand new pair of skates ordered by my elderly parents for my daughter that she cannot wear. I reached out to the company within the timeline and was told it was too late. I have tried to converse several times but have been rudely shut down.
